The hotel location was peaceful and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. the room was clean and comfortable, with proper amenities, and the bathroom had hot water available. the staff were exceptionally helpful, went out of their way to assist us when needed, and provided above-par service. the breakfast and dinner offered delicious food, and we were very satisfied with the quality.
The room service timings were limited.

Great Food and Comfortable Bed. the Dinner and Breakfast were excellent. the location was perfect for a romantic escape, offering peace and quiet. the staff were friendly and gave us excellent recommendations for local activities and restaurants. the hotel was very clean.
The amenities were not as advertised on the hotel's website. There was no hot water in the shower in the morning and the bathtub was too small for two people to enjoy comfortably.

We had a fantastic city break with excellent accommodation. The hotel's staff was incredibly helpful when my sister fell sick. They helped us find the nearest hospital and even kept our breakfast for us. The location was brilliant and a great base for exploring the city. We also really enjoyed the delicious food at both breakfast and dinner. Plus, the room itself was clean and comfortable, providing us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
To be honest, we can't think of anything we disliked about our stay. Everything was top notch, from the friendly staff to the tasty food and comfortable room.

I loved the location of the hotel, away from the chaos of the city. The staff were very helpful and supportive when someone in my group fell sick. The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel facilities were well maintained.
Not one thing was disappointing about this hotel.
